My Sister and aunt always plan a 3-day itinerary every year for A September EID.
They said, they do it constantly for 8 years here in UAE.
They usually do a road trip from Ras Al khaimah to fujairah, Abu dhabi, dubai.
But this month is different our Day 1 becomes a surprise party celebration for my sister's bridal shower. Yes! She's getting married 50 days from now.
Our day 2 We celebrate family day with family friends. We dine and play.
I can't believe i won the pick up sticks game.
Our Day 3 is to visit the Historical Dhayah Fort.
Since this is my first time to celebrate IED here in UEA, I just follow their plan.
We went to the mall to buy things to bring...FOOD!
At 5:00 AM we start to
prepare our food, because they said we will have breakfast on the top of the
fort.
At 6:45 Am On the way to Dhayah Fort we saw adorable goats on the
road.
On the foot of the hills we found this signage, I just encode it below:
Finally i was able to visit this historical place.
Because my friends and family went here many times. Even they went here before, they are still amazed about the view from the top. The reactions seems it's
their first time to visit this place. While walking they stop and take selfie
and groupie. And i'm taking videos because i'm actually looking at the stairs
and counting my steps. And yes it's 230 steps!
